The freight is the job

At this size the risk is the crate, not the product. Access, the 84-inch liftgate limit, curbside unload, inspection and the claim procedure: that is the part we run with you before anything ships.

Power and access checked before payment

Nobody should find out after delivery that the panel cannot carry the heater, or that the crate cannot leave the curb. Electrical work is yours to arrange; confirming what is needed is ours, and it happens before a card is charged.

What is contrast therapy?

Contrast therapy is deliberately cycling between heat and cold — typically a sauna session followed by a cold plunge, repeated for a few rounds. It is a general wellness practice, not a medical treatment, and we make no medical claims about it.

Why buy a sauna and a plunge together instead of one at a time?

Because the two units share constraints: the same pad or deck, the same electrical capacity, the same delivery access and the same drainage. Configuring them together is how you avoid a plunge that will not fit beside the sauna or a panel upgrade nobody budgeted for.

Do I need a 240V circuit?

It depends on the exact model. Many electric sauna heaters need a dedicated 240V circuit, while plunge chillers commonly run on a standard outlet. Any electrical work is yours to arrange with a qualified electrician and is not included — we confirm the requirement for your specific model before a quote is finalised.

Can I buy a sauna or cold plunge on the site right now?

Not yet. You can browse Orivon models and save a build on your device without sending an order or quote request. Leisurecraft has configuration and written quote requests. Neither system collection takes payment online yet. Recovery equipment has online checkout.

Is there a tariff on these?

For Leisurecraft, confirmed import charges are included in the product prices with no separate tariff surcharge. Leisurecraft sauna cabins are exempt, as are heaters and sauna accessories ordered with a sauna. Pending prices remain unavailable for payment. Orivon handles its shipping logistics and related import charges. Standard continental-US curbside shipping is included in Orivon product prices; there is no separate tariff surcharge.

How does delivery work on something this big?

Freight rules are supplier-specific. Leisurecraft uses an 84-inch liftgate limit, with actual carrier service and access confirmed for each delivery. Orivon delivery is curbside: you arrange the help or equipment to unload and move the unit into place. Photograph the crate and note any damage on the bill of lading before you sign.
